biggest loser season two


been hard getting back in to the work out routine . i know i need to push harder i do have a goal of losing 100 lbs in 12 weeks been hard working on what i need to get me there. love working out like eating better. but the ghost of my past failing hunts me. can i get past this and push harder then i did last season.. i guess the secret is taking one day at a time and when it's to hard push harder. it still is better then last august!

I think you have figured out, you don't get back into the routine of working out, you just never stop! Works lots better that way!!!
