Today is Friday February 26 been a excellent week of work outs and I have done a lot of walking this week. I am trying to get back on my walking. Thinking back on last year I could not walk but a few feet and I would have to sit down. The pain was so bad in my back and legs it was hard to keep moving. Now I am doing about 3 to 5 miles a day and I feel so much better after a good walk. Sunday is week four weight in I hope I have a good week like last week when I lost 5.8 lbs. I would love for 10 lbs this week.
