
Next big weigh is Sunday for biggest loser. I would be more contented when I can see the fat falling off. But I don’t believe it yet. And I don’t see it yet. For some reason I still feel like I need to give extra. I do love the workouts and I recognize it takes time. And I have come a long way ever since august. I just would love to get to my target of 200 lbs and put on nice clothing and stride with my head up high.
