I will try to start putting my food diary in my blog now. I do have a hard time keeping track of it. So maybe this will help me work harder at this.

One pc of chicken and sweet potato
Protean shake
Chicken sandwich with a pickle ½ potatoes
Looks like I still need to eat more when looking at it this way.
I walked for 2.45 hours about 5-6 miles and worked out at boot camp for one hour.
